✅ What it promises:
An alternative to the Dutch oven: roasting, steaming, boiling, and baking – all lighter than conventional cookware.
🔍 My experience:
I was surprised at how light it felt, yet it retained heat so well. The pouring spout and integrated roasting rack make it particularly versatile. The modular lid allows you to release steam or completely cover the pan, depending on the dish.
👎 Cons:
It’s wide and difficult to store in small kitchens. Like the pan, it’s not dishwasher safe.
