Introduction

We get a reasonable number of pitches every month. Most of them aren't right for this site — and usually it's pretty obvious why.

This page is meant to help you figure out before you pitch whether what you have in mind is actually something we'd publish.

What TrendinCookware Is

TrendinCookware is a cookware-focused editorial site. We review brands, compare products, write buying guides, and cover the kinds of questions real home cooks have when they're trying to figure out what to buy and why.

Everything on this site is about cookware and kitchen equipment — not food in general, not lifestyle, and not cooking tips disconnected from the equipment being used.

That focus is intentional and it matters for what we accept. A great article about knife skills doesn't fit here unless it's specifically about which knives are worth buying and why.

Likewise, a recipe doesn't fit here unless it's built around teaching something about the cookware being used to make it.

What We're Actually Looking For

The content we publish generally falls into three categories:

Brand Reviews & Comparisons — Honest assessments of cookware brands and products, focusing on construction, performance, value, and long-term durability.

Buying Guides — Practical guides that help readers make informed decisions based on real expertise and category knowledge.

Cookware-Focused How-To Content — Articles that teach readers how to get the most from their cookware, such as seasoning carbon steel or cooking with stainless steel.

What We're Not Looking For

We generally do not accept:

• General food writing
• Recipe content without a cookware focus
• Affiliate link lists disguised as editorial content
• Articles written without genuine cooking experience
• AI-generated content

We can usually tell the difference.

The Submission Process

Send your pitch to contact@trendincookware.com.

Tell us what you want to write, why you're the right person to write it, and include examples of previous work if available.

A paragraph or two is enough — we don't need a formal proposal document.

If your pitch is right for the site, we'll usually respond within a week. If it isn't, we'll let you know that too.

Completed drafts are also welcome if you'd rather send the full piece than wait for a pitch response.

Additional Information

We edit everything we publish, sometimes substantially.

We reserve the right to decline any submission.

We don't currently pay for contributions, but authors receive a byline, author bio, and link.

We don't publish content that exists primarily to promote a specific brand or product. If the goal is to sell something rather than inform readers, it isn't the right fit for this site.
