Cozey’s documented strength is modular, boxed furniture that’s comfortable, stylish and easier to get into a home than a traditional sofa. Cozey says it ships simple, easy-to-assemble designs quickly and free in courier-sized boxes, designed to adapt as your needs change. The Montréal-founded brand serves US customers through cozey.com. Apartment Therapy’s tester compared the Ciello sofa’s look to Restoration Hardware’s Cloud Sofa for far less, praising its deep, sink-in seats and easy delivery up stairs.
Cozey’s lineup covers modular sofas, sectionals, sofa beds, chairs, tables and rugs. The Ciello is the plush, cloud-like bestseller; the Atmosphere includes a storage sectional; the Neptune is a firmer sleeper option; and the Gaia and Orion round out the range. Cozey says the newest Ciello has fully removable covers throughout and hidden connectors. Buyary notes the Ciello’s tool-free assembly, tutorial videos, pet-friendly washable fabric and deep comfort. Smaller items impress too: one buyer said Cozey’s adjustable side table cost $120 versus $350 elsewhere.
On Trustpilot, Cozey’s US profile scores 4.1 from 969 reviews, with 68% five-star ratings. Cozey invites reviews and replies to 100% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours. Trustpilot’s AI summary says customers praise excellent quality, stylish design, comfort, straightforward assembly and helpful service. One reviewer said every hiccup with their order was swiftly made right, and that the team greatly exceeded expectations. Another, Katerina, loved her Atmosphere Storage Sectional and Cozey’s washable rugs.
The honest caveat: 12% of reviews are one-star, and delivery is the most common complaint. Reviewers describe delays of weeks or months, split shipments, missing legs and seats, wrong items, and long phone hold times. One reviewer said an Orion order took nearly three months. Others found the Neptune extremely firm with a shipping odor, the Dream Grey fabric prone to pilling, and an Atmosphere storage ottoman leaving a visible gap. Cozey told one reviewer its Aquaforte fabric has a wider weave that makes it more prone to snagging than its Performance fabrics.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is Cozey’s biggest weakness. Josh Bennett (US, 1 star) said his order was cancelled and replaced with an eight-week estimate without notice; Cozey said the Ciello had been upgraded to a newer version. GG (CA, 1 star) waited nearly three months for an Orion couch. Esther (US, 2 stars) waited on a missing piece lost in transit.
Others had smooth deliveries. Nicole Moore said her sofa arrived earlier than expected, and Erick (US, 5 stars) praised fast shipping. Plan for possible delays if you need furniture by a set date.

Amanda (US, 1 star) reported long holds but later received a refund of over 50% for damaged pieces, with no return required, per Cozey’s reply.
